CHMuseums.org Case Study
This redesign comprised two challenges. First was navigating the SC state government procurement process, which implements strict demands on companies they intend to hire. The second challenge was using the web to tell the story of the museum groups, giving more promotional space on the homepage for special events that could be easily changed based on the season/holiday/venue/celebration.

The original site for CHMuseums.org lacked focus. It was difficult for visitors to know where to go for which venue or what special events were taking place in the near future. The old site also lacked full e-commerce integration which needed to be fixed.
The redesign encouraged visiters to go through more of the website, taking note of special events as well as which location was offering tickets to which experience. Engagement and clicks went up! Bounce rate went down. Another successful redesign.
